Physical Planning and Real Estate (PPARE) manages all physical planning activities and real estate transactions for the university, statewide and around the nation. PPARE services include:

Physical Needs Analysis
Planning and prioritization based on mission and strategic plans, including the maintenance and coordination of the One University Framework Plan.
