Department of Public Safety - Communication Supervisor
I joined The Ohio State University in 2011 as Communication Supervisor with the Department of Public Safety Communications and Security Technology Division.
I have been in Public Safety for 21 years, beginning with the Wright State University Police Department while concurrently pursuing my academic career in Human Resources Management at Wright State. Throughout my career, I have served as a Public Safety Dispatcher, a training coordinator, a member of multiple employee and labor relations and contract negotiation teams, lead on recruitment and hiring processes, and in my current capacity as a Communication Supervisor. I am a member of the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO), where I have served on numerous committees for the Ohio Chapter.
It is my honor to serve on the A&P Diversity Council, and I hope to contribute to the great work the Council continues to do.
