Rachael Dorothy is the facilities engineer manager for The Ohio State University FOD Operations Wexner Medical Center District. She oversees various engineering initiatives including utility programming, feasibility studies, new construction, renovation, restoration and utility energy conservation programs. Rachael graduated from the University of Dayton with a BSME, worked as a consultant in private sector while also serving as a local city council member. In addition to helping deliver high quality projects for the university, Rachel wants to help cultivate a flexible, collaborative and inclusive work environment that leverages diversity and enables all individuals to contribute to their full potential....

Cathy Black works in Facilities Operations and Development's Environmental Health and Safety as an environmental safety officer. Her main objective and concern is the safety and well-being of the Ohio State community, with duties that include indoor air quality, ergonomics assessments, potable water sampling, mechanical shop inspection, fume hood certification on regional campus, safety training, and the PERRP (OSHA) 300 logs covering employee accident investigations.
