In 2023, the Office of Administration and Planning (A&P) Buckeye Wellness Innovator team continues to highlight one of the ten dimensions of wellness as previously shared on the dimensions of wellness calendar . March's focus is on digital wellness, which is the ability to consider the impact of virtual presence and use of technology on one's overall well-being by taking steps to create sustainable habits that support their values, goals, community and safety.
