Emotional Wellness - October

The Office of Administration and Planning (A&P) Buckeye Wellness Innovator team continues to highlight one of the ten dimensions of wellness as previously shared on the dimensions of wellness calendar.

October's focus is on emotional wellness, which encourages individuals to be aware of their emotions and use healthy coping strategies for emotional regulation and self-care.

Ways to engage in emotional wellness include:

  • Using a bulletin board to highlight free mindfulness and digital wellness apps 
  • Recognizing stressful times throughout the year
  • Sharing a wellness or self-care statement
  • Learning about emotional wellness resources
