Join the Women in A&P Employee Resource Group

Administration and Planning (A&P) women and their allies are invited to join the Women in A&P Employee Resource Group (ERG). In alignment with Ohio State’s Shared Values and the A&P Diversity Plan for Inclusive Excellence, the Office of Administration and Planning is launching a new Employee Resource Group to create a vibrant community where we come together to support, empower and inspire each other.

As a member of our Women in A&P ERG, you can expect:

  • Engaging in discussions and workshops on career development, leadership and personal growth.
  • Networking opportunities with inspiring women in the department.
  • Mentorship and support from experienced professionals.
  • A platform to share your experiences, challenges and successes.
