The A&P Fiscal team put their cooking skills to the test alongside OSU Health Coaches Jessica Hernandez and Lindsay Atwood during an October healthy food demo event. Attendees were assigned different food prep stations and worked together to prepare a variety of delicious fall favorites. The meal celebrated the current season and included use of fresh produce like pumpkin, butternut squash, beets, arugula and fresh apples. While the team works remotely most of the time, events like these are held throughout the year as an opportunity to strengthen connections between team members and highlight the variety of university wellness resources staff have access to.
