Environmental Wellness - April

The Office of Administration and Planning (A&P) Buckeye Wellness Innovator team continues to highlight one of the ten dimensions of wellness as previously shared on the dimensions of wellness calendar.

April's focus is on environmental wellness, which is the responsibility to preserve, protect and improve the environment and appreciate the interconnectedness of nature and the individual.

Ways to engage in environmental wellness include:

  • Engaging in sustainable habits such as recycling, donating old items, composting, conserving energy and water when possible.
  • Increasing your awareness of where your food comes from and how it's sourced.
  • Spending time in nature.
