Learn CPR / AED Use Basics, Relaxation Techniques, Wellness Gardens

Spend the afternoon learning about critical life saving measures and ways to have a positive impact on your overall wellbeing. 

On May 7, participate in an interactive session about Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use with The Ohio State University Police Division (OSUPD). After, wind down with breathing and relaxation techniques with Alexandra Cramer, contracts administrator for Facilities Design and Construction’s (FDC) and certified yoga instructor. Wrap up the afternoon with an optional tour to learn about the various gardens supporting wellness at Waterman Laboratory. 

This event is for staff in A&P departments. Limited spaces are available.
