Get ready to move! Join the Office of Administration and Planning’s (A&P) A&P YP4H Summer Step Challenge, which runs June 1 – 30.
Register May 25 - 31 through Your Plan for Health (YP4H), powered by MediKeeper.
Create or join a team of up to 5 people. This year, teams are open to all A&P staff. Track 210,000 steps (average of 7,000 daily) during the challenge to earn 120 points and be entered into a random drawing for one of multiple $25 Amazon gift cards.

Summer Step Challenge Registration Instructions
Log into Your Plan for Health, powered by MediKeeper
From your homepage, select the Challenges tile, then click View Challenges to open the Challenges Dashboard. Browse the available challenges on the dashboard, or use the tabs to view Active, Upcoming, or Completed challenges.
Enroll In A Team Challenge
- Select the challenge tile you’d like to join
- Click the Enroll button in the upper-right corner
- You will be prompted to Create A Team, select Not Now, or Join A Team
Create a Team
- Select Create Team
- Enter a Team Name
- Choose a Team Color
- Click Save
- You will then be directed to your team’s leaderboard and social wall
Join a Team Later
- If you originally selected Not Now, a reminder will appear at the top of the challenge prompting you to Create A Team or Join A Team
- If you have not created a team or joined a team by the challenge start date, the system will automatically assign you to one
Join an Existing Team
- Select Join next to the team you would like to join
- You will then be directed to your team’s leaderboard and social wall
Leave a Challenge
- To unenroll before the challenge start date, click the Leave Challenge button
Alternative Step Option
- Looking for alternative step options? A variety of tools are available online to help you convert your activity to steps for the challenge. Alternative step conversion tools are not currently available via MediKeeper.
