A&P Diversity Council - Casey Paris
Casey Paris graduated from Tiffin University in 2007 with a degree in Business Administration. Shortly after, she relocated to Columbus and then began her career in radio in 2010. Casey has been with the university since April 2013, working as the radio traffic coordinator for WOSU Public Media. Her tasks include building the on-air radio schedules, managing station inventory and interacting with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of any on-air content. In addition to Casey's everyday duties, she also Chairs the WOSU Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility team. The team is proud to support WOSU in creating and fostering a workplace where DEIA are at the forefront of our practices and provide a strong foundation for organizational culture.
On the A&P Diversity Council since October 2018, Casey is an advocate for every employee’s right to a safe and happy work environment where they can feel valued, understood and included. It also allows her to continually educate herself and those around her to the always changing, constantly growing community that is The Ohio State University. Casey loves being a part of something that both embraces the diversity here and celebrates it every day. In November 2022, she was asked to lead the A&P Diversity Council.
