A&P Diversity Council - Casey Paris
I have been with the university since April 2013, working as the Radio Traffic Coordinator for WOSU Public Media. There my tasks include building the on-air radio schedules, managing station inventory, and interacting with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of any on-air content. I am a member of WAC (WOSU Activities Committee), our organization’s group of coworkers tasked with creating and planning fun activities for our staff to enjoy together. I graduated from Tiffin University in 2007 with a degree in Business Administration. Shortly after, I relocated to Columbus and then began my career in radio in 2010.
On the A&P Diversity Council since October 2018 allows me to advocate for every employee’s right to a safe and happy work environment where they can feel valued, understood, and included. It also allows me to continually educate myself and those around me to the always changing, constantly growing community that is The Ohio State University. I love being a part of something that both embraces the diversity here and celebrates it every day.
