Facilities Operations and Development, Medical Center District - Sr. Business Operations Analyst
I joined The Ohio State University in 1999 and am responsible for cultivating a culture of learning and continuous improvement in Facilities Operations and Development, Operations group, by overseeing department learning and development activities and leading process improvement initiatives. Supplementing my bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and in Human Resources from Franklin University is a master’s degree in Business Administration. The A&P Diversity Council allows me to advocate for an inclusive environment where employees feel valued, are safe, and are welcome to be their authentic selves while at work, being given the tools and opportunities to thrive.
