The mobile education kitchen focuses on cancer risk-reduction through food choice and educates the community about preparing easy cancer-preventive foods.
During UniPrint's food demo, menu options included pesto chicken sliders, Jamaican jerk salad with sweet and spicy dressing as well as crockpot white bean buffalo dip.
