    The James Mobile Education Kitchen stopped at the UniPrint building to bring healthy lunch options on a hot day in June. The mobile kitchen focuses on cancer risk-reduction through food choice and educates the community about preparing easy cancer-preventive foods.

    UniPrint Buckeye Wellness Innovator Bryan Shields coordinated the event to provide tasty, healthy treats and corresponding recipes. Meal items included lemon ricotta avocado toast, roasted vegetable tacos, grilled peach and feta salad as well as lettuce wraps.
