Voice of the Employee Survey
Our leadership believes that encouraging regular, honest feedback is critical to the well-being of our organization. To this end, OTDI administers a Voice of the Employee (VOE) survey to gather input from staff on our organization’s culture.
The Voice of the Employee survey committee is responsible for this survey. The committee partners with the Office of Research to review the survey questions, test the survey instrument, promote the survey through invitations and incentives, analyze, review and share the results with our organization, and suggest data-based action plans for future projects.
Working with the Office of Research ensures confidentially throughout the entire process so that all employees can feel comfortable providing their candid feedback on the survey. The timeframe for this work typically runs from April through July.
Committee leads: Aaron Pickering and Jenna Price
Interested in joining the committee? Reach out to Aaron Pickering.46@osu.edu or Jenna Price.1323@osu.edu for more information.
