Biometric screenings provide a snapshot of key health measures including height, weight, blood pressure, total cholesterol, HDL, and a blood sugar value (either glucose or A1C). Administration and Planning (A&P) is committed to supporting a culture of care and well-being at Ohio State. A&P's Buckeye Wellness Innovator (BWI) team supports these efforts by creating awareness of wellness resources and opportunities for A&P staff to take advantage of.
In January, several A&P BWI's attended Ohio State's All-Staff Wellness event, hosted by the University Staff Advisory Committee in collaboration with Office of the Chief Wellness Officer. Attendees enjoyed a light breakfast, stretches and access to information about a variety of Ohio State wellness resources.
