A&P Fiscal Buckeye Wellness Innovators Camille Mack and Ted Tobler packed wellness goodie bags to share some #BuckeyeLove with their fiscal team in February. Filled with sunglasses, stress balls, dimensions of wellness handbooks and sweet treats, the colorful wellness bags were distributed during a team gathering at an area restaurant where the team enjoyed a tasty, balanced meal.
Biometric screenings provide a snapshot of key health measures including height, weight, blood pressure, total cholesterol, HDL, and a blood sugar value (either glucose or A1C). Enrolled faculty and staff can earn a $25/month premium credit, or up to $40/month with an enrolled spouse, off of employee medical plan contributions by completing a verified Biometric Screening and Personal Health and Well-being Assessment (PHA) .

In 2023, the Office of Administration and Planning (A&P) Buckeye Wellness Innovator team will highlight one of the ten dimensions of wellness as previously shared on the dimensions of wellness calendar . February's focus is on social wellness, which is the ability to develop close and sustaining relationships and engage in successful interaction with others. It also includes having a network of support and developing an awareness to the feelings of others.

Administration and Planning (A&P) is committed to supporting a culture of care and well-being at Ohio State. A&P's Buckeye Wellness Innovator (BWI) team supports these efforts by creating awareness of wellness resources and opportunities for A&P staff to take advantage of.
In January, several A&P BWI's attended Ohio State's All-Staff Wellness event, hosted by the University Staff Advisory Committee in collaboration with Office of the Chief Wellness Officer. Attendees enjoyed a light breakfast, stretches and access to information about a variety of Ohio State wellness resources.
Office of Administration and Planning (A&P) staff are encouraged to donate food and toiletries in February to support Buckeye Food Alliance , Ohio State's student food pantry. A list of needed items and drop-off locations is listed below. Donations will be collected at select A&P locations from February 9 to February 23 and delivered to the pantry.
